Weight Loss

  • We offer the Vitality Trim Weight Loss Program, Semaglutide injections, and Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) injections. Each program is tailored to your individual health profile, goals, and lifestyle. During your consultation, we'll review your options and recommend the best approach for you.

  • Results vary by individual, but patients in our program have lost anywhere from 25 to 40+ pounds. More importantly, we focus on sustainable weight loss — not crash results. Our patients report maintaining their weight long-term because the process involves real lifestyle changes, not just quick fixes.

  • Yes. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are FDA-approved medications with strong clinical track records. Our practitioners review your full health history before recommending any injection-based program, and you'll be monitored throughout your treatment. We always prioritize your safety above anything else.

  • Check-in frequency depends on your program and phase of treatment. During active weight loss, appointments are typically every 2–4 weeks. We also review your eating habits and exercise program between visits. You'll never feel like you're navigating this alone.

Hormone Therapy

  • The best way to know is through a comprehensive consultation and lab panel. Symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, mood changes, low libido, hot flashes, and unexplained weight gain can all point to hormonal imbalance. Dr. Holly will review your labs in detail and explain what they mean — in plain language.

  • Yes. We provide hormone optimization for both men and women. Testosterone optimization, thyroid support, and other hormonal treatments are available for male patients experiencing low energy, reduced strength, poor recovery, or other symptoms of hormonal decline.

  • Some patients notice improvements in energy and sleep within a few weeks. Full optimization often takes 2–3 months as your levels stabilize and we fine-tune your dosage. We monitor your progress closely and adjust as needed throughout your treatment.

Aesthetics

  • Most patients describe BOTOX injections as a minor pinch. Our practitioners take great care to keep you comfortable throughout the procedure. Topical numbing can be applied beforehand if you prefer. Most patients are surprised by how quick and comfortable the experience is.

  • Results typically last 3–6 months for facial BOTOX, and up to 9–12 months for hyperhidrosis (armpit) treatments. One of our patients reports her results lasting close to a year. Longevity varies by individual and treatment area.

  • Most of our services are wellness-based and not covered by traditional insurance. However, some medically necessary treatments may qualify for partial reimbursement.
